Simply Amused is a retro rock n’ roll band and musical project brought about by Seth Cardew, a Nashville-born singer-songwriter who struggled with selective mutism, an anxiety disorder which prevents the afflicted from speaking in common situations. This inability to communicate kindled a need for expression through other media, including music, resulting in Simply Amused.
